1. Service Overview

One Window Procure provides AI-powered procurement solutions connecting clients with verified suppliers for industrial materials, equipment, and services. We act as an intermediary and procurement management platform. We are providing procurement service to offices, industries, factories. One trusted window, maintained ledger, one followup, one question, one answer. One Window Procurement solution service is providing all in one procurement solution. ALL SUPPLIES, ALL SERVICES IN ONE WINDOW.

2. User Responsibilities

As a client using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete procurement requirements and specifications.
• Provide access to coordinate with the concern technical head for related queries.
• Respond to quotations and communications in a timely manner.
• Responsible to check and verify all items upon delivery.
• Make payments as per agreed terms and conditions.
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.

3. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations provided are valid for the duration specified in the quote. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, currency fluctuations, and supplier availability.
• Final pricing is confirmed upon acceptance of quotation and issuance of Purchase Order. Taxes, duties, and shipping charges will be mentioned separately.

4. Order & Payment Terms

• Advance payment will be required before delivery 80% and remaining at the time of delivery.
• Payment terms will be specified in each quotation and invoice.
• 100% advance payment may be required for certain orders based on supplier policy.
• Orders are confirmed only after receipt of payment or agreed given quote.

5. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines are estimated and depend on supplier availability, manufacturing time, and logistics. One Window Procure will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, traffic issues or force majeure events.
• We will share the image and video of each item for brand and item specification confirmation.
• Delivery charges may be apply separately on actual.
• Replacement of any items must be informed timely.

6. Quality & Warranty

• All products supplied are subject to supplier warranty terms. We ensure quality checks before dispatch but claims for defective products must be reported on the same day or within 1-2 days of delivery with supporting evidence.
• Each item's warranty and guarantee will be mention on given quote.
• Local and used items warranty as per market practise.
• New items warranty will be claim by the client directly.
• Returnable items delivery is client responsibilities.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before supplier confirmation.
• Once confirmed with supplier, cancellation charges may apply.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
• Custom/manufactured items cannot be cancelled once production starts.
• Open or used item by the client will not be replaced but we will handle this case with supplier for best resolution.

8. Limitation of Liability

One Window Procure's liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on this platform are owned by One Window Procure SMC Private Limited. Users may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

10. Data Privacy

We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such data processing for order fulfillment and service improvement.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from both parties which shall be resolved through mutual understanding.

12. Changes to Terms

One Window Procure reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised date.
